Mac and Kim Cantrell have shared 35 years of marriage, building a life centered on faith, family, and purpose. Proud parents to Alec (and his wife Madelyn) and Emily (and her husband Jack), they are also delighted grandparents to Leo, Aida, Elliot, and Levi. Whether traveling, exploring the outdoors, or gathering with loved ones, Mac and Kim value experiences that create lasting connections.

As the founders of 2 Impact, they bring more than three decades of combined senior executive and entrepreneurial experience to their work. Their mission is clear: to equip individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential and achieve meaningful growth.

Beyond their business, Mac and Kim are deeply committed to service. Both are active Rotarians and board members of the North Columbus Rotary Club, where they pour their energy into strengthening their community. Their passion for helping people thrive shines through every facet of their lives- from community outreach to the transformational work they do with 2 Impact clients.
